Terms of Service

Atoobi is Nigeria's first cashback dining network. We partner with restaurants in Abuja to offer founding members 20% cashback on eligible dining transactions. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our waitlist and, upon launch, our membership service.

By joining the waitlist or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit your details or use the service.

To join the waitlist and use Atoobi you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be located in or able to dine in Abuja, Nigeria.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration.

Joining the waitlist reserves your place as a founding member candidate. It does not guarantee membership or access to the cashback service. We will contact you via the email address and/or WhatsApp number you provided when invitations are issued.

Waitlist positions are allocated at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

Founding members who receive and accept an invitation are entitled to:

• 20% cashback on eligible dining spend at participating Atoobi restaurants.
• Invitations to private launch events in Abuja.
• A permanent founding member number that will never change.

Cashback is credited to your Atoobi wallet after each eligible transaction is confirmed by the restaurant. Credited cashback may be subject to minimum redemption thresholds and other conditions detailed at the time of membership activation.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to claim cashback on ineligible or fabricated transactions.
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose under Nigerian law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our platform or systems.
• Transfer, sell, or assign your waitlist position or membership to another person.

All content on this platform — including the Atoobi name, logo, design, and copy — is the exclusive property of Atoobi and is protected under Nigerian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use any content without our express written permission.

The waitlist service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your membership invitation will be issued by any particular date. Restaurant participation and cashback rates are subject to change.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Atoobi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the waitlist or membership service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total cashback credited to your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may suspend or remove you from the waitlist or terminate your membership at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may withdraw from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at legal@atoobi.com.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or WhatsApp before they take effect.
